Planning Is The Key To Success.....
Success is goals, and all else is commentary. All successful people are intensely goal oriented. They know what they want and they are focused single - mindedly on achieving it, every single day.Your ability to set goals is the master skill of success.
MAKE A PLAN OF ACTION
1. Make a list of everything that you can think of that you will have to do to achieve your goal. Leave nothing out.
2. Organize your list by sequence; what is the most important task or activity? The second most important? And so on.
3. Organize your list by sequence: what must be done before something else can be done?
4. Determine how much time and money it will take to achieve your goal or complete your task. Do you have the time and resources necessary for success?
5. Revisit and revise your plan reguarly, especially when you get new information or things are not going as you had expected. Be prepared to change if you need to.

Kanye West Knows 'How To Deal' With Kim Kardashian, Khloe Says...
Youngest Kardashian sister opens up to Cosmopolitan U.K. her relationship with Kanye and her struggle to have a baby.
"I think Kanye knows how to deal with Kim really well. Because we've known him for so long, he'll come to us if he wants advice on a birthday present or something. I like that," Khloe said. "Kris wouldn't even talk to us. I love that with Kanye we have that friendship. Because when you're with one of us you're with all of us." Khloe has made it no secret that she is thrilled for baby Kimye, due in July, but she has also been open about her own struggles to start a family with her husband Lamar Odom.
"I just wanted to be, 'Hey, let's have a baby,' and we would just have one. Kourtney did. And I wish that was the way for me," Khloe revealed. "But it won't be. I'll have to take hormones. I do want to have a baby, but I don't feel the urgency to have one this very moment."
Yet, one thing she won't do when she finally does have children is become a mom-a-ger like her own mother, Kris.
"I'd never manage my kids. We gang up on Mom, and that has to be so hard. Now I'm getting older I feel sorry for her rather than resent her," Khloe said. "[Once my mom told me] I was gaining weight, but she was talking to me as a manager, like I was ruining a brand deal. It's hard to understand that and it's more hurtful when it's coming from my mom, but Kim is definitely her favorite. It doesn't bother me. They're so similar — they could be the same person."

25 year old man rapes a two year old
What is this world turning into........
A 25-year-old man was on Monday arrested at Somolu, Lagos State after he was allegedly caught having sex with his two-year-old cousin.
The suspect, David Nnebong, lived with the victim’s grandmother at 18 Awoseyin Street, Somolu.
It was learnt that the incident occurred at about 3pm when the toddler was left in the house with the suspect by her grandmother, known as Iya Wura.
The mother of the girl was said to be in Calabar.
PUNCH Metro learnt that on her return, the little girl who was crying while greeting her grandmother pointed to her vagina.
A neighbour, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, said it was the girl’s cries that made her grandmother suspicious.
He said, “It was the child who actually made Iya Wura know that David had raped her. The grandmother raised the alarm and all the neighbours pounced on David.
“Although she was upset with David, Iya Wura and other relatives, who were present, did not want to get him arrested.
“They only wanted him to leave the house and relocate elsewhere, but neighbours insisted on involving the police.
At the time David was taken to Alade Police Division, there was still semen on the child.”
As of Tuesday evening, the relatives of the victim were yet to report to the police station to write statements although Nneobong was said to still be in police custody.
Punch Metro learnt that the relatives were still insisting that they did not want police to be involved in the issue.
